It is perfect for a summer getaway with friends and our children. It was difficult communicating with the management company. They repeatedly request that you download their own app for details on your stay, but there is no messaging area within that app, and they didn't pick up the phone or respond to texts or Instagram DMs. They finally responded to my message in the VRBO app, but it wasn't until the next day, and only after I asked a second time. They also did not answer when I asked about getting my damage deposit refunded. They're probably busy with the summer season, but I will try to avoid using properties managed by Ready 4 Rentals in the future. ##### Art S. Because I don't have the VRBO app installed on my phone, I provided my phone number, which was not used. -My sheets had an excessive amount of women's hair. (Instead of calling me, they showed up and let a 12-year-old explain that there was no issue) -It was literally snowing in May. The property management company had so many controls on the heating that we went to bed freezing every night.
