We arrived to a broken disposal, no soap in the bathrooms, dishwasher falling out of casework, light bulbs out in multiple locations, shades broken in Primary suite. No firewood. Loved the large open kitchen space. Cozy fireplace, comfy couch. Nice large dining table for family meals. Bedrooms separate enough that noise not a problem. Very clean. Felt Covid safe.
