Walk to Canyon Lodge! Mammoth Ski & Racquet Club Location, Location, Location! Be on the Slopes in minutes with no car needed! South facing, one level condo located half a mile from Canyon Lodge is a perfect Year round getaway! Two full bedrooms & baths located on opposite sides of the 1000sf+ condo that accommodates up to 6 people comfortably. Smart TVs in every room. The Village is a mile away great for dining, shopping and more. If there is enough snow, there is even a Ski-Back-Trail to the condo and Village! The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig, kettle, toaster, and more to make you feel right at home. The dining table has seating for 6 and an additional 4 seats can be found at the counter. When it's time to call it a night, there are 2 bedrooms to choose from. Master bedroom has a King bed with a Smart TV. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and Twin/Twin size bunk bed, great for the kids & smart TV as well! There is an additional shared bathroom with a stand-up shower. \- Safe in unit \- Open floor plan \- Covered 1 car parking \- Large Balcony with view \- Smart TVs in every room \- Heaters & Fans in every room \- Storage for Skis & Snowboards \- Walking distance to Canyon Lodge \- Complementary Coffee pods, Tea bags, Cooking oil, PLEASE NOTE: \- NO A/C in the unit, \- NO handicap accessible, \- NO elevator in the complex, \- NO chargers for EV vehicles, \- Shared Coin laundry machines, \- There is one flight of stairs (see picture). \- - PARKING! We have one reserved 6'9'' high indoor parking spot available for your use. Additionally, outside parking is available on a first come basis for one more vehicle, with a maximum of two vehicles allowed per unit (one indoor and one outside). You must get a parking permit for all your vehicles from the HOA in building E during normal business hours (9am-5pm) - this is a requirement. If you have an electric vehicle, you will need to make arrangements for charging it elsewhere. There are NO EV chargers in this complex. \- - ATTENTION WINTER VACATIONERS! 4X4 vehicles and/or chains may be required to access Mammoth Lakes, when traveling during snow and winter weather conditions. Please research the road conditions (HWY 395) on the Cal-Trans website. The condo is located on a sloped road. The road is plowed during snow season, but still, 4X4 vehicles and/or tire chains are highly recommended. Please be prepared to travel in inclement weather, as the area may receive a large amount of snow, potentially affecting travel. We can ONLY re-schedule your reservation if roads will be closed to Mammoth Lakes. There is a strict cancellation policy. \- - ATTENTION EXTENUATING CORCUMSTANCES POLICY! It has been nicely furnished and includes everything you would need for a comfortable stay including a kitchen that accommodates just about every cooking need. It's nice when a place has spices and oil to cook with. The coffee station is wonderful as well. We were able to walk to Canyon lodge and the garage parking was a nice bonus as well. The only strange thing is that you have to pass through the 2nd bathroom to enter the 2nd room (the one with the bunk beds). If you are able to look past that, this place lacks for nothing. Simple, no clutter. Nice gray tones and decor. There were Christmas decorations inside, so a nice touch to keep the Holliday going. Beds were very comfortable, important when away from home. Only downside was having to walk up a steep flight of stairs with luggage to get to the condo. ##### Amy B.
