Parking for a second vehicle is available outside with a permit. The unit sleeps up to six people. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, 55" flat screen TV, DVD, stereo tuner, microwave, and phone. Children WelcomeContactless Check-in and Check-outThere are no cleaning fees when all check-out procedures are followed. Kitchen left clean, trash collected, and unit left in a clean and orderly condition. There is an additional 110.00 plus tax sanitization and linen fee. We continue to follow all guidelines for cleaning. All linens including the blankets, comforters and pillow shams are changed between guests. We use a UV germicidal light system in the unit after checking out. Also utilizing an electrostatic sanitization fogger with CDC approved Covid-19 disinfectant. All cleaning agents are CDC Covid-19 approved The Courchevel complex has an outdoor pool and BBQ area in the summer and two indoor hot tubs with coed sauna open year-round. The communal coin operated laundry room is in the spa building. These amenities may be closed depending upon Mono County's Covid-19 standings. During these times of Covid-19 Traveling to and from Courchevel and the area we cannot be held liable if you contract the virus on your vacation. Cancelltions must be made 21 days prior to arrival to receive a refund less a cancellation fee. We will not refund for extreme weather, road clousures and smoke from wildfires. Travel insurance is highly recommended!If there is another Health emergency and Mono County closes us to nightly rentals less than 21 days prior to your arrival we will not refund due to a shut down. Yes, the photos look like a time capsule from the 60s... everything inside was old, carpet, shower, furniture...but its in good condition. The beds and pillows were clean and firm, and might have been new too....but it was better than most rentals i've stayed at. Every appliance worked, heater was good, theres a sizable garage so your car doesn't have to be covered with snow, garbage bin is a few feet from the unit and its a very spacious unit.....annnnd its half a block from Canyon lodge!! you cannot beat that for the price! The manager responds lighting fast and was very professional and polite. I would definitely stay here again. The ONLY thing i wish was different... was the open loft attic in the master bedroom... it was a bit creepy. if they just boarded that up, it would be perfect. Perfect rental for being able to walk to the lifts in the morning, and modestly priced as well. Also, the description matched perfectly to what was inside.
