We have lovingly remodeled this townhome so that when we use it ourselves its as if we never left home. The spacious upstairs kitchen/living room/dining room area is light, sunny and airy with a cathedral ceiling and windows on both sides. The picture window looks out across the balcony and on to Lincoln Mountain. The kitchen has been set up with all new amenities including a toaster, blender, crock pot, coffee maker and microwave. We have cable TV, Free High Speed Wireless Internet connection and a full entertainment center all available for guests. Downstairs has 3 bedrooms: a California King platform bed, a queen bed and a bunk bed with a twin bed on top, full size mattress on bottom and a full size trundle bed underneath. There is a full bath in the master suite and a second full bath in the hallway for the queen and bunk bed rooms. There is a washer/dryer in the unit and plenty of furniture for storing your clothes when visiting. The location of Sierra Manors is excellent, right in the center of Mammoth Lakes. Literally across the street is the popular restaurant/night spot - Rafters. The Charthouse and three other restaurants are within a block. Directly opposite our townhome is the shuttle stop running all year long all around Mammoth Lakes and Mammoth Mountain. This is truly an incredible place to stay all seasons of the year! The decor is a bit dated, with a '70s feel, but the price reflects that. The kitchen is VERY well stocked with every cooking utensil you could imagine, tons of spices, oil, and essentials - you can tell the owners have used this place and have stocked it well, which we really appreciated for those dinners at home. There were about 50 knives in the drawer, and not one of them sharp. The heating and pellet stove worked great, so the house was nice and warm. The ski locker outside the front door is very helpful. There are three spas/saunas on the property, so if one is full, you can seek out another. Owner responded fairly quickly when we reached out with questions. Séjour de 3 nuits en décembre 2021 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### waleed a. 14 févr. 2021 Points faibles : Propreté #### Arrive at mammoth after 6 hours drive around 8 pm and the condo was in very bad condition Arrive late after driving 6 hours and we are exited to get there and relax and enjoy our trip the owner called and let us know that we can’t park our car on the parking cuz the association giving ticket and knce we arrive there the place was in very bad condition kitchen is dirty towels on the floor and used nothing clean bed room sheet dirty and on the floor and nothing clean and now a days with the corona virus everything must be sanetized we couldn’t stay at the place we had to look for another clean place at it was bad experience when u have kids and arriving late at night. Having 3 bathrooms was awesome. It was a little cramped in the one room with the bunk bed + separate full sized bed, and the full sized bed can use an update — you can feel the springs or support bar or whatever it is when you’re sleeping on it. Aside from that, everything turned out great! It was nice having that office desk for the people in the group who had to work remote. Thanks for letting us stay here! ##### Vicky W. We are a family of 5 and we were traveling with my mother-in-law. The 3 kids had plenty of room in the kids room and my mother-in-law loved having her own room at the end of the day. It was perfect. The house was well kept and stocked with family games and movies, although we spent most our time outside! We had a few minor issues, like some light bulbs out and low water pressure in one of the bathrooms, but Kasia had those problems addresses quickly and without creating any inconvenience for us. All thins considered, we would definitely stay here again!
