This pet-friendly, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has been completely remodeled from top to bottom and is located on the ski-in, ski-out slopes of the Bridges community. With direct access to the Bridges run, ski down to Eagle Lodge. The condo features a cozy, custom stone, gas fireplace, large sectional sofa you can just sit back and sink into, full kitchen with all new appliances and complete cookware, and even private washer/dryer. The open plan kitchen expands into a dining area with seating for 8, providing great social flow where the whole family can interact. An original bumper table provides even more entertainment for the kids! The living area leads out onto the expansive outdoor deck with beautiful unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains and valley all the way to Crowley Lake. The master bedroom has a King bed, custom built-in shelving system, flatscreen TV, private en-suite bathroom and access to the outdoor balcony. You get to wake up to that view! The second bedroom features a Queen bed and flatscreen TV with access to the hall bathroom located right outside the door. The sectional in the living room also pulls out into a sleeper sofa for additional guests. This property is one of only a few TRUE ski-in, ski-out locations in Mammoth and is located on the second floor with elevator access. The property also comes with a private ski locker to store all of your equipment. If you are traveling with littles, feel free to request a travel crib/pack-n-play from us and we will make sure it is in the unit for your arrival. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates, cycle studio, trampoline room and more. This Mammoth condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people and comes with covered garage parking (clearance 6' 10") for two vehicles. Guests will be provided two parking pass. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are no stairs to this unit, no stairs inside, and no smoking permitted. Just a wonderful experience. The location could not be better. The condo itself is very roomy compared to several in the area. We have an older standard poodle and the elevator was helpful, as the steps in the Mammoth area are generally open and slippery and often have no backing which seems to scare him. The condo is well furnished and the beds could not be more comfortable. The view from the family room is outstanding, bet sitting on the balcony in summer is quite the experience. The parking was covered and great, we all know how hard it is finding decent parking in vacation areas. It was very clean, the kitchen was equipped with everything that you might need to prepare any meal and the beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The view was amazing and we highly recommend this condo. Our only complaints were that the fitted sheets wouldn’t stay on the mattress (had to pull them back into place several times on both beds and there weren’t any directions for using the TV and DVR. That would have helped two women who rarely use the tv controllers at home!! We think the bed sheets were for a different sized bed so that might be worth a little investigation. This condo was beautiful, great decor, well stocked kitchen, games, clean and comfortable furniture! The bathtub was a fabulous soaking tub! Just a wonderful experience. The location could not be better. The condo itself is very roomy compared to several in the area. We have an older standard poodle and the elevator was helpful, as the steps in the Mammoth area are generally open and slippery and often have no backing which seems to scare him. The condo is well furnished and the beds could not be more comfortable. The view from the family room is outstanding, bet sitting on the balcony in summer is quite the experience. The parking was covered and great, we all know how hard it is finding decent parking in vacation areas. Overall, no complaints and will definitely try to rent this space in future visits. ##### Thomas B. The beds were comfortable and the showers have good water pressure. We wished the unit had ceiling fans or some floor fans because it got hot during the day time and the open windows just didn't cool it down enough otherwise it was perfect! ##### brien M. Location was amazing (and would be ideal during ski season). Very comfortable, well decorated, and well stocked kitchen with almost everything (except for a bread knife). The condo was located on the second floor, above the garage with stunning views of the mountains. The home was extremely clean, quiet and comfortable.
