The ground level of this charming, 2-story townhome features comfortable sleeping accommodations. For convenience, a washer and dryer are in the hall closet. Upstairs, a tongue-and-groove beamed ceiling adds rustic warmth to the spacious combined living, dining, and kitchen spaces. Cooking is a breeze with the kitchen’s high-end appliances and ample counter space, plus a 3-stool breakfast bar. After a day of mountain excursions, wind down by the crackling wood-burning fireplace in the living space, outfitted with 2 soft sofas, a plush armchair, and a Smart TV. Excellent communication from the property management company about road access and storm warnings and they were able to provide a snow shovel and brush to help dig ourselves out every morning. We were told we'd have 2 parking spots but the lot was already really full so we had to move one car out of the way for the plow every day. The plow driver was really nice though! The property had all the amenities we could imagine, and they even provided wood for the fireplace to heat the downstairs bedrooms. Would absolutely stay here again. ##### Laura N. With temps in the teens and their heating system failing it was not ideal for our family with small children. We tried to reach this mangement company several times before our trip with a few questions, several times via the contact numbers left on the paper work, in my welcome email and through the VRBO app with no response for 2 days upon our arrival. It felt disorganized and left to our own devices in the mountains. We finally got ahold of someone from Natural Retreats in UTAH who tried to finally help us however this is not how you want to spend the first 2 days of a mountain vacation at this price point. Unless this until updates their heating specifically downstairs I would look elsewhere. ##### Jessie J.
