The blinds upstairs were broken, the fan didn't work, the handle on the fridge was broken, the fireplace didn't work, the upstairs shower only partially worked, and they only gave us 2 dishwasher detergents for a three day stay. Don't like places that limit the use of the accommodations, especially when those accommodations are the reason for booking the space. Floors were dirty and pots and pans were dirty. We checked in at 1130pm after a full day drive and was given incorrect keypad #. Was able to get ahold of someone for correct keypad # even at 1130PM. Place had everything needed for homemade dinners. Awesome queen over queen bunk. Some suggestions: installing a door in the master bdrm, which seems to be a converted loft. You could hear everything if others wake up before you do. The wall heater in downstairs bdrm made horrendous metal banging sound the 1st morning there. Not sure why they did not update the listing to reflect that. The unit smelled like mold when arriving and throughout our stay. The fireplace within the unit also did not work. Attempts to reach out to vacasa for help were essentially ignored, we were told that the spa issue was up to the HOA and they had nothing to do with it.
