You can easily walk to the village in about 5 minutes. I liked that there was four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and that all our kids and spouses had a bedroom each. The only down side I can think of is that there is no washer and dryer. We have stayed in a lot of places in Mammoth and at June and this is one was well stocked with enough dishes and pots and pans that it made it easy to cook. It was really comfortable and spacious for 10 adults and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pan options and sharp knives (a rarity in a rental!). The kings beds were all very comfortable. The bunk beds were...bunk beds. I thought it was smart to put those in the room with the en suite bath to even out bathroom usage. Check in was easy and Kevin was super friendly and communicative.
