Dragons Barn is a stunning, spacious four-bedroom retreat nestled on the lower slopes of the breath-taking Malvern Hills, a designated area of outstanding natural beauty. This modern barn conversion has been constructed with a Grand Designs influence to create an inviting escape in any season. With a private garden, hot tub, and an outdoor terrace the property has all you need to relax and unwind within the grounds.  
  
The Space:  
As you enter Dragons Barn, the front door opens directly into the impressive open-plan living space, offering a "wow" moment from the outset.  
  
At the heart of the home is the expansive, open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. This spacious design invites guests to gather to create new cherished and everlasting memories together. The space is thoughtfully designed for socialising and relaxation, with a large dining table, a cosy seating area by the log burner, and a beautifully equipped kitchen, all in one seamless area. Sonos speakers are present throughout allowing guests to immerse themselves in the ambience with their favourite tunes playing softly in the backdrop. Full width bi-fold doors fully open to seamlessly blend the indoors with the outdoors, creating a wonderful flow for socialising that extends from the kitchen to the garden.  
  
The ground floor features a long hallway leading to two king size bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. These king-size beds can offer flexible sleeping arrangements to accommodate different group configurations. A separate snug, complete with a sofa bed, adds versatility for either extra guests or a quiet spot to enjoy a great novel. The downstairs WC is conveniently located next door.  
  
Heading upstairs, you'll find the grand master and the fourth bedroom, both have been designed with luxury and relaxation in mind. Each bedroom has its own en-suite, making it the perfect place for family, friends or co-workers to stay.  
  
The upstairs living area is expansive and inviting, complete with oversized sofas, soft furnishings, and an 80-inch TV for a cinematic experience. This area also includes a dedicated desk space, providing a convenient spot for guests who may need to work remotely. The barn has been engineered around using super-modern materials allowing it to maintain a cosy core temperature all year-round, ensuring comfort in every season.  
  
The enclosed south facing garden at Dragons Barn is a true extension of the indoor living space, offering a private sanctuary for relaxation, socialising, and entertainment in all weather. A covered luxurious hot tub provides a tranquil spot to unwind. For those that prefer a more active pastime, the covered ping pong table can be enjoyed rain or shine. The outdoor kitchen area is equipped with a charcoal BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining with friends and family. As the night draws in, you can gather around the fire pit, a wonderful space for toasting marshmallows with the children or relaxing under the stars with your loved ones. Comfortable outdoor furniture offers plenty of seating for lounging and socialising, and a wooden gate at the bottom of the garden leads directly to scenic footpaths, making it easy to explore the Malvern Hills and the Ridge towards Knightwick.

Dragons Barn’s location combines rural tranquillity with easy access to local attractions and amenities. A short walk takes you to the Nags Head and the Royal Oak, both popular local pubs. The vibrant coffee spot Faun in Great Malvern is a must-visit for its stunning views, great coffee and delicious cakes and pastries.  
  
The surrounding Malvern Hills dominate the landscape, offering exceptional hiking opportunities. Further afield, explore the historic Roman city of Worcester with its iconic cathedral, or visit the market town of Ledbury. The renowned Three Counties Showground is nearby, hosting a range of events, including the celebrated Royal Show. The highly rated Malvern Festival Theatre brings West End tours to town.  
  
Additionally, the Malvern Link mainline station, just 1.5 miles away, connects you to London Paddington, making Dragons Barn a secluded retreat but also convenient if travelling from further afield.
