It has spacious bedrooms, a private swimming pool for enjoying a splash, and wellness equipment like a sauna for people of all ages, offering a perfectly relaxing vacation. Despite the indoor pool, a visit to the open-air swimming pool of Malmedy is highly recommended at only 500 m away. You can also go for long walks or take a cycling excursion up the High Fens, a cycling excursion along mapped routes, or enjoy a tasty meal on the market square in Malmedy. There is the F1 Francorchamps only 10 min away from the house and a bit farther is the lovely town of Spa with its thermal baths with a rejuvenating experience. Both restaurants and general supplies can be found only 5 km away. This holiday home also has free WiFi, fenced terrace and a private garden complete with furniture and barbecue for enjoying with some delicious food on the table. Wij hebben hier erg van genoten. Het was fijn dat er voor ieder koppel een eigen slaapkamer was en ook nog een kleine badkamer. De benedenverdieping was ruim met een zwembad en verschillende sauna's hier hebben wij veel gebruik van gemaakt. Er was een grote eettafel waar we allemaal aan konden zitten en in de avonden hebben wij vooral in de bar gezeten bij de pooltafel. Het huis is verouderd maar wel netjes. Wij hebben problemen gehad met de verwarming in de woonkamer, deze stond aan en ook hoge temperatuur en we kregen hem niet uit. In de eindverrekening zijn wij hierop gecompenseerd. Heel fijn! Es ist sehr schlecht gepflegt Im Erdgeschoss gibt es keine Toiletten, man muss in den Keller gehen, um Toiletten zu finden. Auch der Keller ist sehr schlecht gepflegt. Die Wände bröckeln und es entstehen unerträgliche Gerüche. Die Sofas in den Wohnzimmern sind zerschlissen, keine Möglichkeit zum Entspannen. Das Schwimmbad ist sehr schlecht gepflegt und gibt auch Gerüche ab. Um zu dem kleinen verlassenen Garten zu gelangen, müssen Sie entweder um das Schwimmbad herumgehen oder in den Keller hinuntergehen. In der Beschreibung wurde von 6 Parkplätzen gesprochen, aber es gab keinen Platz. Wir mussten auf dem Bürgersteig parken. Der von uns gezahlte Preis war im Vergleich zu den Dienstleistungen und dem Zustand des Hauses extrem hoch.
