Great location, but management sucks!
Keskitasoinen hotelli. Loistava sijainti. Henkilökunta mukava, paitsi respan mieshenkilö joka yleensä oli päivisin töissä. Ei todellakaan ollut mies oikeassa ammatissa, epäkohtelias tyyppi! Aamiasbuffa oli ok, mutta astioiden kanssa oli melkoista sähläystä. Kahvikupit, lusikat ja lasit aina loppu. Henkilökunnan aika meni niiden kuskaamiseen. Huoneet ja pesuhuone hieman kulahtaneet, sängyt ok mutta eivät mitkään huippuhyvät. Huonoselkäiselle ei olleet mitkään hyvät. Siivous toimi. Aikaista aamiaista emme saaneet lupauksista huolimatta! Decent hotel. Location great. Staff nice except that guy who worked at reception at daytime, do not fit for customer service! Rude person! Breakfast ok, but amazing hassle with coffee cups, glasses, bowls and spoon. Always had to wait them! Should buy more dishes! Staff’s time goes to take dishes back and forth! Rooms were bit dated, but worked. Shower was ok, but water splashed to floor and because wasn’t any drainage had to always dry with towels afterwards. AC worked ok. Beds wasn’t bad but to persons with bad back might not be satisfied. Early breakfast promised for the morning we left, asked from two different persons at reception but wasn’t anything for us! We had couple diabetics at the group and they would really needed some breakfast. If would known that we would prepare for that buying some food.

Die Unterkunft an sich war ganz schön, der Servicewar auch super und das Essen hat geschmeckt. Das Zimmer an sich war auch gut, aber im Badezimmer hat die Toilette nach Urin gerochen und in der Badewanne war beim Abfluss ne Gelbverfärbung und Rost. Ansonsten hatte das Hotel eine gute Lage mit schöner Poolanlage und direkter Strandnähe, einen kostenlosen Parkplatz am Hotel gab es auch, aber nur wenn man rechtzeitig da war, ansonsten musste man außerhalb Parken und ein Ticket ziehen. In der Nähe befanden sich mehrere Restaurants, Bars und viele weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Supermarkt (am besten zu Eroski, da ist es am günstigsten und bloß nicht zu dem Spar direkt gegenüber des Hotels, dort ist es sehr teuer) und natürlich ganz viele kleine Lädchen mit viel Krams. In der Nähe ist aber auch noch ein Müller und ein Expert die man auch zu Fuß gut erreichen kann. In allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt in dem Hotel. Alle waren sehr nett und hilfsbreit. Wir würden unseren Urlaub wieder dort machen, aber in einem besseren Zimmer.

Very bad sound isolation in rooms. We could hear everybody around us when they enter/exit their room (the door slams like somebody is entering our own room), you can hear water from the upper room somewhere in the walls when someone flushes their toilet. The quality in the room gets really bad if you leave for couple the hours. The food is really good and the people working were super nice to us.

The Staff are amazing at the hotel. Absolutely loved all the bar staff. Jose, Raul, Gloria, Christian…. Everyone made this holiday for all of my family. Amazing memories made.

Hotel location was excellent, barely 2 min to the beach. Unfortunately no much parking if you rent a car. And the room was ok. TV was broken. The staff were attentive and assertive.

Wir waren im Mai 4 Nächte im Hotel. Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Zimmer sind sauber, Essensangebot beim Frühstück und Abendessen ok. Schöner Pool und Strand befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir kommen wieder!

Für 4 Nächte ging es gerade so. Draußen war es nachts relativ laut. Im Zimmer war es sehr hellhörig, wahrscheinlich hat die Verbindungstür zum Nachbarzimmer noch mehr dazu beigetragen, dass wir unsere Nachbarn immer hörten. Von der Verbindungstür in unserem kleinen Hotelzimmer wussten wir vorher nichts. Die Armaturen im Bad sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen u. der Geruch im Zimmer war sehr unangenehm, es roch nach kalten Zigarettenrauch. Sonst war es sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Great hotel perfect location food was lovely every day rooms very clean only negative was our view on balcony was awful (room139) so maybe pay extra for a sea view and only 1 plug socket in room’s but overall would definitely recommend

Good location, we stayed b&b, lots of choices staff were lovely. Rooms very noisy especially as hotel got busier, we were also inundated by mosquitoes

Fint nok hotel, men den ene nat larmede det gevaldigt fra loftet (som om der løb vand, fik de dog fikset hurtigt). Væggene til naboerne er ret tynde så man bliver let væggen når dem ved siden af kommer sent hjem fra byen. Ikke helt optimalt…

Hotellet ligger centralt och rummen är fräscha & städas varje dag. Personalen är trevlig. Däremot är det väldigt väldigt lyhört och rummen är små. Hotellet tar även extra betalt för saker såsom kylskåp på rummet och safetybox vilket kan tyckas ska ingå i rummet.

We booked all inclusive, but we were treat completely differently to paying customers. No fresh cocktails, only vending machine style with zero alcohol. Food was poor, ate out most days

Trevlig personal men tråkig mat.
Hotellet är trevligt med bra läge. Personalen är trevlig och det är rent. Tyvärr måste vi säga att maten är väldigt tråkig och det känns som om det billigaste av allt ställts fram och det lilla extra har det sparats in på. Många olika bruna panerade saker i olika former finns att välja på om en gillar det. Vi valde dock att göra sallader av det som fanns. Beställ inte Sangria då den kommer ur en tappkran och den enda frukt du får är en apelsinskiva. Vi kan förstå om det är det som all inclusive gästerna får men inte när en betalar fullt pris för sig. Samma sak med husets vin. Det är inte det bästa. Personalen i restaurangen var dock jättebra och rekommenderade väldigt goda viner som smakade utmärkt. Vi har bott på ett femtontal olika hotell på Mallorca, som ofta varit billigare än detta, men maten har alltid varit betydligt bättre. Men, som sagt, personalen gjorde vistelsen trevlig!

Great for a short break
The hotel is perfectly located next to the beach and shops. As a family we enjoyed the all-inclusive aspect of the holiday even though this was limited to specific drinks. The food was good and whilst it was not luxurious it was acceptable. I felt the food could have been a little more exciting and was a little repetitive. We stayed for 5 days, which was a perfect length of stay. The hotel was very clean and was well maintained. The hotel staff were very friendly. The rooms were fine. The rooms to the rear had a noisy air conditioning unit going 24/7, but that wasn't the hotels fault. I would recommend asking for a pool view.

Abbiamo viaggiato in famiglia ed abbiamo trovato la mezza pensione molto comoda. Alcuni gruppi di vacanzieri sono stati molto rumorosi durante la notte

Jättebra hotell. Bra läge med närhet till strand, busshållplats mm. Fin buffé till frukost och middag. Ett ganska stort minus är dock att det var svårt att få dricka till middagen.

Great stay, value for money.
The hotel was very good, clean and with very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was very good. I would like to have a small fridge in the room to keep water and refreshments cold as the temperature was hot.

Essen war nicht gut genug. Keine Auswahl/ tagtäglich immer die gleichen Gerichte… Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer und nicht mal Wasser wurde kostenlos angeboten!!
