They offered amenities that we were not aware of. Two parking spaces where provided. They started us off with snacks, beer, wine, milk and eggs. A great feature was the water cooler with plenty of 5 gallon jugs so we did not have to transport bottles of water. The restaurant downstair was very good. It is right on the boardwalk, so everything in the port is within walking distance. The views are amazing. The feeling is like being in a big, stately family house with all the comfort of a modern home. It even has an adorable little pool in the back, surrounded by flowers and trees. The house is big with lots of different spaces to relax. Communication with the host was effective and on point. We had a fantastic time. It felt like home. The street that runs in between the villa and the beach is pedestrian only apart from the tram so it felt like we were the front line. Everybody could find a place to relaxe and enjoy the seaview. We loved the style, dirfferent terrasses, the nearby Beach and local cafés. And the huge outdoor location where we all could sit together. We where 3 couples and one small child.
