It has two double en-suite bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen with dining and living area and outdoor area with heated swimming pool. A sofa bed in living area provides two extra sleeping spots. WiFi, air conditioning, two parking spots provided and included in the rental price. This fully equipped house located near the city center is the ideal choice for families with children or friends! Malinska Malinska is a place on the island of Krk located on the northwest coast in large bay, on a distance of 15 km from the Krk bridge. It has about 965 inhabitants. Malinska was the only place on the island without an urban center, but in the 18th century takes on meaning construction of the port when Malinska become one of the major export ports. Today the inhabitants of Malinska engaged mainly in tourism, and everything is subordinated to the tourist attractions and offer for guests. Tourism in Malinska In the 19th century, the arrival of a steamboat in Malinska, between Trieste - Krk, brings the first tourists. Vantačić and Valica Mostly rocky, with beautiful views during sunrise and sunset. Located near apartments, surrounded by forest and natural shade. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Malinska. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, modern und gepflegt, hat sehr schöne Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem extra Bad und Klimaanlage. Es ist zwar nicht sehr geräumig, für 4 Personen aber ausreichend. Der Außenbereich mit dem Pool und der überdachten Sitzgelegenheit ist super. Der Pool ist beheizt, so dass die Kinder dort lange spielen und plantschen können ohne zu frieren. Der einzige Punkt, der etwas störend war ist die sehr enge Zufahrt, zum Glück hat unser Auto das unbeschadet überstanden. Kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge wäre noch Sitzgelenheiten auf dem oberen Balkon (mit Meerblick!) und etwas mehr Geschirr für die Küche. Alles in allem ein super Urlaub, vielen Dank! ##### Frederic K. Das Haus einfach super und wie auf uns als vierköpfige Familie zugeschnitten. Sehr sauber. Einziger Kritikpunkt war dass der BBQ-Bereich hätte sauberer geputzt sein können und die Tür dort muss repariert werden. Außerdem sollte deutlich mehr Besteck und Teller vorhanden sein damit man nicht jeden Tag spülen muss. Außerdem war keine Schere da. Sonst wirklich tiptop. Super schöner Pool und auch die Lage genial. Zu Fuß 10Min zum Strand und zum Hafen mit vielen Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten, Geschäften und top Restaurants. Auch ein kleiner Laden in ist in 3Min zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder :) ##### Katharina S. Zu Fuß ist man in etwa 10 Minuten an der Hafenpromenade mit guten Lokalen. Da wir mit einem Hund unterwegs waren wäre ein komplett umzäuntes Grundstück besser gewesen.
