« My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was super cute, clean and comfortable. We were walking distance to Whole Foods and coffee. The park across the street was clean and convenient. If we’re in town again, we’d definitely stay here. »

« This was the perfect mini romantic weekend getaway from the busy city with such generous and sweet hosts (and their precious dogs!). The gorgeous backyard was spacious with so much room to lounge by the fire pits, run around, hit golf balls by the net, bbq, and much more. The pool and jacuzzi are both charming and relaxing, perfect for what we needed in a getaway. The guesthouse itself was also spacious and lovely, with plenty of room to feel comfortable and relaxed. We loved this experience...

We had an incredible property manager and he helped us in every way. His quick communication and kindness throughout our stay were key to our beautiful family time in Malibu. « We had so much fun in this house being right on the beach. Not a lot of people on this beach so it was has if we had our very on private beach. The pool and spa was a delight to have for some for my sisters kids that came to visit us. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean. It had everything that we needed. The host was great to work with and always there if needed. Great sunrises and sunsets to see right from home and patio. We will definitely stay here again if we come...

« We stayed the month of March at this house. We thought it was well represented on the VRBO website. It was clean, neat and tidy and extremely well supplied. The bed was very comfortable. Furnishings are adequate but basic and a bit dated. Our communications with the host were excellent. It’s a great location in Westlake Village, near to grocery shopping and lots of dining options. »

« The place was perfect! Very spacious cute decor . Beds are comfortable . Plenty of space for big groups . Host was responsive and very nice . I would book again in summer so we can enjoy the pool! Oh and I hosted a dinner and there was plenty of silver west and plates that were good quality »

« Wow, I cannot express enough how amazing this place is! Forget about the pictures, they don't even come close to capturing the true beauty of this house. From the moment you step inside, you'll be astounded by the view. It feels like you're on top of the world, secluded from any prying eyes. The bedrooms are very comfortable, with each one having its own en-suit bath with heated floors, very comfortable beds, and plenty of storage space for guests. The dark roller shades are also a nice touch....

« Amazing home exactly as described and pictured. Kitchen very well equiped, amazing views from all rooms in the house and very convinient garage space for the kids to play. Outside is also very clean and enjoyable. Definitly recommend! »

« Blake a tout prevu pour un séjour reussi. La chambre est petite mais confortable. Par contre tout est prévu pour 2 seulement ( velos, articles de toilettes, ...). Dommage quand on est 3. Allez y les yeux fermés, c est parfait pour un sejour à LA! »

« We visited Malibu for the Pepperdine graduation. It is 5 minutes away from the school. The property is comfortable, clean, spacious, and minimalistic. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The host was very responsive. You can see the ocean from the kitchen windows which means you can also hear the cars on the PCH. This was the perfect spot for us and would stay here again. »
