It has a dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a nice balcony where you can enjoy incredible views of the sea. Outside it has a communal terrace and a magnificent pool. Its location is one of its greatest charms since it is located on the Paseo Marítimo itself and just 23 meters from the beach, very close to all services, entertainment and restaurants. A great choice to spend an incredible family vacation. Malgrat de Mar has several certifications with the Family Tourism and Sports Tourism Brand. Its greatest attractions are its kilometers of wide beaches of clean, golden sand, surrounded by pine forests. The services and facilities of its Nautical Station will facilitate the practice of numerous water sports such as sailing, windsurfing and scuba diving, among others. Nearby is the Montnegre-Corredor Natural Park, where you can also do different excursions and outdoor activities.
