### Hausboot Friedrich in Malchow

This new stationary houseboat is a floating holiday home and has its permanent mooring in the island town of Malchow directly on Lake Malchow. Lovers of the lake district will get their money's worth here! You spend your time out on the water and are still close to the hustle and bustle of the small town. Enjoy the view from your terrace of the boats passing by. Staying on a houseboat means above all being in direct contact with nature. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the sun on the roof terrace with a cool drink or start the day with a hearty breakfast. Highlights included: All consumption-dependent energy costs, bed linen and towels Note: the TV shown can only play DVDs. No TV channels can be received!! From 2026 the houseboat is located in Plau am See. Bookings for 2026 can be made under the BELVILLA property number: DE-19395-70\. Holiday in the dreamy and state-approved climatic health resort. Malchow is also called the island town because the oldest part of the town is on an island in the middle of the lake, which is connected to the mainland by a swing bridge. Today, the bridge is not only a technical monument, but also a town center, a berth for passenger ships and a tourist attraction with plenty of restaurants and a great atmosphere. Malchow is a perfect inland area for sailors and water sports enthusiasts, with many cycling and hiking trails and horse riding opportunities along the lake shore and through green mixed forests. Anglers will find a true paradise in and around Malchow. Great for big and small family members: the 800 meter long summer toboggan run with 7 steep curves and 6 chicanes - height difference: 30 meters. The summer toboggan run and the monkey forest in Malchow are only about 3.5 km away.  
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Limited WiFi reception. The houseboat has no motor and is firmly attached to the jetty. No pets allowed.

Außen wie innen guter Eindruck. Gepflegt ( neu?) und sauber. Aber doch enger als erwartet: Schlafzimmer sowie Dusche und WC. Wohnzimmer mehr Platz. Heizungen an der De ke-tolle Idee Geräusche der Pump-Vorgänge besonders nachts störend. Achtung: in der Beschreibung ist nachzulesen,dass es eine "Kaffeemaschine/ Pads" gibt. Richtig wäre " Kapseln " Für Cafissimo /Tchibo gewesen. Vielen Dank für unnütze Ausgabe unsererseits Kein kostenfreier Pkw-Parkplatz Am letzten Tag Teil- Ausfall der Elektrik (Licht und Wasser) Einweisung vor Ort erst ab 15:00 möglich. Womit der 1.Tag schon fast rum wäre... Auschecken schon.um 10:00 Preis-Leistungsverhältnis mit ca 170€ pro Tag in der Nachsaison absolut überteuert und unangemessen.
