The resort is situated 1.5 km from the center of Rochefort-en-Terre, France, on the outskirts, and just 10 m from the lake.

The resort features a shared park with a lawn, a heated and fenced swimming pool (15 x 8 m, available seasonally from May 15 to September 24), a children's pool, tennis courts (extra charge), boccia, and a children's playground. The property is car-free, ensuring a peaceful and safe environment for your vacation rental or holiday rental.

The property has one room with a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm in length. Additionally, there is another room with two beds, each measuring 90 cm wide and 190 cm in length.  
  
Amenities Included  
The bungalow offers an open kitchen that comes with a dishwasher, three ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. It also has a shower and a separate toilet. The property is equipped with electric heating, and the terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture. Among the amenities included are a children's high chair, a baby cot (subject to an extra charge), and complimentary WiFi internet access. Pets, specifically up to two dogs, are allowed on the premises. The property is also equipped with a smoke alarm.
