Dear Jessica, We are absolutely upset to see that your rated us this way, since it was not our mistake at all. First of all, our hotel didn’t charge your anything based on your very special circumstances and you should make sure who exactly did charge you. We received a reservation with your name and all your dates from Hotels.com and a day before your arrival, we were contacting you, in order to explain how to get better to our property. You informed us that you didn’t do any reservation with us, (although we had all your personal information, including your phone number send from the hotels.com, where your reservation was made) and that we had to solve this issue with Hotels.com. As we informed you, the mistake had nothing to do with our hotel. Moreover, we were the victims of this situation, since we lost the room and didn’t charge anything. Besides that, as you surely know, if someone does a reservation on your name, using your personal dates, most of the hotels would reasonably charge you in the case of cancellation, a certain fee. Since we try to have very familiar treatment with all our clients, we accepted your special case, trying to help you to solve what occurred.
