Sun, water, and light are the fundamental ingredients of this location in the city of Malaga, an ideal place to enjoy its exclusive position near the city center, the beach, and the sea. Accommodation, Layout, and Equipment With a surface area of 80 square meters and a capacity of up to 4 people, this is a very special property, decorated with the utmost attention to the smallest details. The accommodation features two living rooms, with the main lounge having an open and bright glass enclosure that provides unbeatable views of the Mediterranean, as well as a beautiful outdoor lounge to enjoy the sun. Next to the living room is a fully-equipped, independent kitchen in white tones. The common bathroom is fully equipped and has a bathtub, in addition to a second en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Regarding the bedrooms, the main one has a double bed, and the second one has two single beds. Kurze Wege ins Café oder Restaurant. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 450m entfernt. Mit Linie 7 ist man in 20 Minuten im Zentrum. Séjour de 5 nuits en octobre 2025 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Sara Voyage de couple 2 oct. 2023 Points forts : Propreté The location of this property is perfect and right on the beach which was great. The view from the balcony was perfect and loved sitting there with the beach/sea view and people watching. The actual apartment was a little disappointing as is quite tired looking and needs a few updates. The balcony furniture and sofa was looking a bit tired and the photos on line do not reflect this. The shower is very small and the kitchen was not fully stocked with only 1 fork and knife. I was expecting a luxury apartment and it didn't quite live up to that. I do now realise that there were no reviews when I booked so guessing they are not shown as these details may put people off.
