Accommodation, Layout, Equipment, and Parking With a surface area of 100 square meters and a capacity of up to 6 people, this is a very special property that has been recently renovated and decorated with attention to the smallest details. Upon entering, you will find a spacious living room with a small interior terrace at the back. The house has a fully equipped separate kitchen and three bedrooms, two of which have double beds, and the third one with two single beds pushed together. Finally, the property has two fully equipped bathrooms for your hygiene and relaxation, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Equipment and facilities: Elevator, satellite LED TV with more than 200 international channels, high-speed WiFi internet, hot and cold air conditioning, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, juice squeezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, complete set of crockery and kitchen utensils, bed linen, towels, washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, freezer, iron, ironing board, and hairdryer. Parking is a narrow space, so we only recommend its use for small or medium-sized cars, not for large cars or SUVs or minivans. Location Located on the sixth floor of a building on Fernando el Católico street, which is in one of the most traditional neighborhoods of the city, La Victoria.
