The newly renovated 90 m2 apartment has 3 bedrooms, with a maximum capacity of 6 people: a bedroom with a 150 cm double bed, desk and air conditioning, a bedroom with a 135 cm double bed, desk and fan and a bedroom with two single beds and fan. They all have a closet. Two bathrooms with shower and glass screen. The fully equipped kitchen refrigerator, microwave, oven, Italian and capsule coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster and recycling bins. The living-dining room has a dining table, 65'' Smart TV and access to the 9 m2 terrace/balcony. Totally free Wifi of 300 MG. Hair dryer. Iron and ironing board. First aid kit.
