This delightful 26 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It is located on the 2nd floor and has lift access.   
  
This charming space is designed with an open-concept layout that seamlessly integrates the living, sleeping, and kitchen areas. The living space boasts a cozy sitting area featuring a comfortable sofa, perfect for unwinding while watching TV after a day of exploring the city. Nearby, a plush double bed ensures a restful night’s sleep.  
  
The kitchen serves as the heart of the space, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere for socializing and dining. Fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, it’s ready for preparing and enjoying delicious meals together, making every moment feel like home.  
  
The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.  
  
Guests can also take advantage of the little balcony to enjoy the sunlight and a bit of fresh air.  
  
Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Málaga, a gem on Spain's Costa del Sol, is a city that effortlessly blends rich history with vibrant modern culture. Known for its golden beaches and sunny Mediterranean climate, Málaga offers a perfect getaway for travellers seeking both relaxation and exploration. The city boasts an impressive artistic heritage as the birthplace of Pablo Picasso, with the renowned Picasso Museum showcasing some of his greatest works. Visitors can also explore the Alcazaba, a stunning Moorish fortress, and the nearby Gibralfaro Castle, which offers breathtaking views of the city and coastline.  
  
Beyond its historical treasures, Málaga charms with its lively atmosphere and culinary delights. The Old Town's winding streets are brimming with tapas, bars, boutique shops, and bustling squares. Don’t miss the chance to visit the Atarazanas Market, where you can savour fresh seafood and local delicacies. Whether strolling along the picturesque Málaga Port, enjoying the nightlife, or relaxing on the sun-kissed beaches, this vibrant city promises an unforgettable Spanish escape.  
  
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.  
  
The nearest metro station, Atarazanas, is just a 9-minute walk. The bus stop 791 - Alameda Principal Sur - is an 8-minute walk from the flat.  
  
Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.  
  
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).  
  
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.  
  
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.  
  
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.  
  
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).  
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.  
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
