Short walk to all restaurants and clubs. Great grocery stores just steps away. An upstairs master, a downstairs double each with private bath. The kitchen is mini in size and somewhat dated. There is no cutting board but otherwise reasonably equipped. Cupboards a little dirty. There is no way to turn on the vent hood or lighting. The living room windows and curtains are quite dirty. Location is fine. The apartment needs some minor maintenance and a good cleaning..
