The penthouse with terrace is located in a building from 1936, where the apartment has been renovated and is located in a typical Malaga neighborhood, where local shops and restaurants will make you enjoy the daily life of the citizen of Malaga. A few minutes walk away, you can access a very spacious and sunny public park that was the old San Rafael cementery, where the paths, vegetation and architectural beauty will make you enjoy the location of the loft penthouse. The apartment has all the comforts for a getaway to the city that never sleeps, but it will also have everything you need for a longer stay, both due to the climate of the city and the layout of the Penthouse. Enjoy a great option, in Malaga, a walk from the historic center, where you can visit more than 30 museums, enjoy the city that has passed through Phoenicians, Romans, Arabs and Carthaginians, as well as savor one of the cities with the greatest gastronomic offer, both local and international.
