The service personnel really makes the effort here, the rooms are quite clean, they give you tips and help you where they can. We had the waffles for breakfast which were delicious. One little thing but the hotel can’t really help: we had hotel guests that were quite loud at our floor. Absolutely no soundproofing- at 10pm, we could hear loud music blaring from our neighbor (which is the staff quarters) Bedsheets and blanket are of a poor quality material, probably nylon. It was very stuffy and affected my sleep quality. New hotel but the showerheads are already leaking. Room was a little dirty with hair on the floor of the bathroom. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is situated in the centre of Night Market on Jonker Street, perfect for families, couples and solo travellers who would like to visit the Night Walking Street and the Heritage Town on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
