Our Vacation

So far everything is ok except, during check in, housekepper did not throw garbage in the hotel room & during the rain, the room leaked (Junior Suite 720).

Initially I thought this is a smoking - free premises but me and all my belongings are covered with smoke smell once I stepped into my room. This is causing a huge discomfort.

완전 사기입니다. 세상에 사진은 쿠알라룸프꺼 가져다 놓고 정작 예약한 말라카 호텔은 진짜 오래되고 엄청 낡았어요. 에어컨청소는 하는건지. 16도인데도 안시원하고 방도 엄청 습해요.게다가 아침있는걸로 신청했는데 아침없다네요 정말 너무 기분나쁘고 다시는 안올겁니다
화장실인데 기본적으로 주는 린스 칫솔 바디샤워젤도 없어요. 화장실에 있는건 그냥 장식용. 샴푸로 몸도 씻으라네여

The room is spacious and very clean. A bit dissatisfied with the door as it needs a huge shove before it can close properly. The lobby is nice with antique chairs and also comfy sofas. Regret to say that the breakfast is so untasteful and limited choice. We stayed for two days and there is no changes on the breakfast menu. This discourage us from ordering the room service. The noise from the street also quite disturbing especially during the night time.

The room we stay in was not in good condition. The power point sockets were shaky and power point switch damaged. The toilet sink was leaking and the toilet floor was wet during our stay at the hotel. Other beside the above complaint, we were quite satisfy with the room.

Everything is just bad

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Dirty room, towel folded with brunch of hair, stains on bedsheet, strands of hair on pillow, faulty shower head with super low pressure water, choked drainage which made the shower area flooded, toilet bowl and toilet paper super far apart, broken toilet door. Everything is just terrible! I stayed in this hotel a couple of years back and it wasn’t this horrible. Avoid at all cost!

A nice simple stay

Its amazing ... though its one night ;) check in crew and check out crew did a good job. Hassle free .. clean room but will be a good deal to have a complimentary bottles water .. a simple breakfast to start your day ..

Bad Service, Bad HOTEL to Stay In. Stay AWAY.

This hotel was the worst. Yes I knew it was a budget low cost hotel and I just needed a short stay to shower and cleanse up from my long road trip. I've specifically told the front desk staff that I am not even staying for a night, so can't I just check in early? She gave me such an annoyed face and told me that there are not rooms available at the moment. Judging by the location of the hotel and how empty the lobby was, I assumed there was not many patrons at this hotel. So why can't she just accept my request to check in early as I did only stayed for a maximum of 6 hours. To add on to my review, the lobby is filthy hot and is there any air condition?

Apparently all superior rooms have no view.

Dont have proper accmpaniments. no soap, no floor towels, no bottled drinking water..no compllemtnary breakfast. Nada......could be a misrepresentation for a honest traveller. Porch also dont have chairs to seat...WIFI weak

落ち着いて滞在できる場所にあるホテル、AEONが近い。

バスターミナルと観光地の中間点に宿泊、どちらも1kmくらいの距離を地図上で確認していたのですが、道路事情を考えると、もう少し利便性を考えた方が良かったかもしれません。静かに滞在するには良い場所でした。

Value for money

price is reasonable considering our last minute booking. Once we entered the room, there was 'not so nice' smell, kind of smell of old wood. maybe from the old furniture. Suggest for management to put air freshener in the room to remove the smell.
