It will be nice if there is a special package including the entry to the water park together with the resort stay. We encounter a very late check in due to insufficient staff for the housekeeping. Resort should be able to anticipate a high volume of patron due the relax on the MCO by providing a better service. We were given a later time for check out for to compensate but it somehow because my family were very tired (due to the travelling) upon arrival, we were very dissapointed. The bathroom are smelly, the shower broken and the water heater not working well. The breakfast was prepared in a very big amount so the taste and the presentation are poor. The water park is really crowded and small kids can't enjoy it. Good space of room. However seems like the room was not been cleaned properly. Dust near the bed frame. Previous customer hairband left on the floor.
