The property is located in the eastern part of Makarska, a city in southern Croatia, southeast of Split, near the city center and the sea. The house has three floors, but the top ones are closed. So the apartment is on all privacy ideal for a relaxing vacation community and with friends or a large family group of up to 12 people. Built in 2013, the focus was placed on a comfortable and modern decor. With a living space of 260 square meters, you say that 5 bedrooms have double beds and one bedroom has two single beds. The living spaces are divided into 3 living-dining areas with an open kitchen. In 3 bedrooms you will find comfortable sleeping in a double bed with a width of 180 cm. Next to the bed are two-sided bedside tables with reading lamps. From the remote ester, which can be fully opened on both sides, the view of the countryside will be paid for. In 1 bedroom a king size bed also has a circumference of 180 cm and is furnished with a cupboard on the upper part. Here, too, you can see out of the window into nature. In 1 bedroom is a bit narrower and welcomes you in two single beds that can be put together for you on request before arrival. In addition, there is a closet and a bedside table with a reading lamp in this room. You look out of the window with a breathtaking view of the hilly area. In all living rooms articulated space on a comfortable living environment of two upholstered sofas and an armchair. A large flat screen TV with digital satellite TV and TV USB port allows you to watch international TV to organize as well as a movie night brought external USB device. On the way from the living room to the kitchen you get to a massive dining table with six / eight upholstered high back chairs. The kitchen is for your extensive self-catering with a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, built-in oven, gas stove and small electrical appliances such as a coffee machine, kettle and toaster. All 5 bathrooms are equipped with a sink, mirror, toilet and a shower curtain. While the functions, one bathroom is equipped with a shower in the bathtub, the other with a shower in the corner of the room. In addition to bed linen and towels, which are available free of charge, wireless Internet access is also included. All rooms in the house are equipped with air conditioning. Step through a sliding door from the living room to the terrace, where there are two benches and a long table for outdoor dining.
