Punaises de lit! A fuir!
2 nuits passées dans cet hôtel! Surprise le second matin: je me réveille recouverte d’une centaine de piqûres. Après inspection de la literie nous découvrons des punaises de lit! Des draps et une literie tachés de sang ancien, des petites taches noires partout (révélatrice de la présence de punaises!). La direction s’engage à nous rembourser nos nuits mais bizarrement plus aucune nouvelle! On nous accuse presque d’avoir amené les punaises! Une blague car nos 2 nuits se sont passées dans 2 chambres différentes et rien dans la première! De plus nous avions de photos et vidéos à l’appui! Résultats: une centaine de piqûres, réaction allergique grave, urticaire, fièvre, cloques. 2 consultations en urgence et 2 traitements! Tout ça à mes frais évidemment, j’ai demandé la prise en charge du traitement de mon appart si jamais des punaises étaient dans mes bagages, mais aucune réponse de la manager! Je déconseille fortement l’hotel, il y a clairement une négligence sur l’entretien, l’état de la literie est trop flagrant pour être inconnu! L’accueil y est mauvais (erreur de la réceptionniste qui nous reproche de ne pas lui avoir précisé que nous restions deux nuits!). Il y a des dizaines d'hôtels à proximité, choisissez en un autre.

Personnel d'accueil (1) ignorant les tarifs de parcmètre, (2) nous indiquant sur le plan une mauvaise localisation de l'office du tourisme (3) nous prétendant qu'il est fermé: un commerçant nous donnera une meilleure indication et on trouve bien l'office du tourisme ouvert!

vu sur la mer = vu sur un arbre de la terrasse.... restaurants et bateaux de fiesta sous la fenêtre = bruits très présents jusqu'à 5h du mat'. rapport qualité prix de ce fait extrêmement cher. si vous souhaitez vous reposer nous vous déconseillons cet hôtel

We had a lovely stay at the hotel until they filled the remainder of our floor with a school trip of around thirty 14 yr olds who had no regard for anyone else, they were extremely loud and disrupted the peace and quiet all night long. As a result we didn’t sleep and the teacher seemed to have little or no control over them. It was very unfortunate.

Would rate as 2 star
Very basic hotel definitely not a 4 star by any stretch of the imagination and for the price. Staff at check in very unfriendly and disinterested in guests. Bathroom in reception was filthy with waste bins overflowing. Room clean but basic and tired.

The view was absolutely incredible. Although this was definitely not a four star hotel the view made it worth it. Breakfast was the same everyday, nothing special. Coffee machines (2) had various issues everyday and they were soo slow.. There was a sleeping security or receptionist sleeping in the lobby at night. That was kind of weird.

Terrible attitude
Service staff, especially for the breakfast sessions are terrible. Waiters are yelling at the guests because guests were disappointed with the lack of food. this happened on the morning of 2nd January 2023.

Das Hotel an sich ist wirklich in Ordnung. Zimmer mit Meerblick beinhaltet leider keinen Balkon, der Blick aufs Meer durchs Fenster ist trotzdem schön. Am Anreisetag war der Lift kaputt, was für uns (Zimmer im 1. Stock) nicht sehr schlimm war. Am Abreisetag funktionierte er dann wieder. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung gewesen, leider war das Geschirr schlecht abgewaschen, man fand sehr schwer eine saubere Tasse oder ein sauberes Teller. Das Personal nahm uns diesbezüglich auch nicht ernst. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer konnte nicht umgestellt bzw. abgeschaltet werden. So wie das Zimmer verlassen wurde, kühlte es auf 20 Grad herunter, was bei 36 Grad Außentemperatur doch etwas kalt ist. Wir wollten sie dann abschalten, was leider nicht funktionierte. Die Zimmerdamen kannten sich auch nicht aus und bei der Rezeption sagte man nur, wir sollen froh sein, dass sie überhaupt funktioniert. Naja...die Dame und der Herr bei der Rezeption waren generell mehr mit dem Handy beschäftigt als sich um Gästeanliegen zu kümmern. Parkplatz gibt es direkt an der Promenade (für 15 oder 20 Kuna die halbe Stunde). Ein netter Herr im Restaurant nebenan gab uns dann einen guten Tipp für 160 Kuna pro 24 Stunden, 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Hotel. Das Essen im Restaurant selbst war in Ordnung, das Bezahlen über die Zimmerrechnung hat dann nicht funktioniert, also Bargeld/Karte einstecken. Alles in allem waren die 3 Nächte mit Frühstück für 2 Personen um 550 Euro ein Schnäppchen :-)

Definitely worth the extra price for one of the 4 rooms with a balcony sea view. So pretty!! Down side of the hotel is no parking. Everything else was great!

Happy New Year from Makarska
Last minute stay on New Years Day for a change. Got a room with a balcony overlooking the harbour and with everything going on it was excellent. Parking is a challenge in Makarska but the Miramar sister hotel closes in winter and has an underground car park you can use for €10. 2 mins walk. Lovely modern room.

Sehr schönes Hotel in bester Lage, freundliches Personal. Zum Ein und Ausladen der Koffer gibt es kaum Parkmöglichkeiten. .Kostenloses Parken ist in kurzer Entfernung möglich.

Bildet er nesten misvisende da det kun er et fåtall rom med balkong og utsikt. Vi bestilte suite da vi ønsket balkong. Rommet hadde to like små balkonger. Enten plass til to stoler eller en stol og er bord. Fint rom ellers. Frokosten var i utgangspunktet bra, men mye som ble tomt uten at det ble etterfylt.
