The place is semi-run down. The staff called us 3x day to try to get us to buy a timeshare. The older rooms were decent and clean but holiday inn caliber. Check in staff not helpful at all. The room was a little dated, but everything was clean and working. The check in was easy at the front desk was responsive to requests. The pool was great, the sandy area was very nice. The lanai was exceptional! Wonderful view!

Everything there was great for what I paid. Parking,Clean apartment. Great kitchen. Bathroom huge with plenty of towels. Ac worked great and ceiling fans. Washer and dryer. Plus they leave you a Welcome package. Accessible to restaurant, beach, malls.
