The property boasts a private fenced garden of 350 square meters with a lush lawn, a terrace spanning 20 square meters equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue area. Additionally, it features a storage room for bicycles within the house, providing ample space for outdoor enthusiasts. The rental offers convenient access with a 2-kilometer mountain road leading to the property, along with parking facilities for two cars and an EV charging station.

The property's outdoor spaces offer an idyllic setting for your vacation. Enjoy the private fenced garden spanning 350 square meters, complete with a lush lawn perfect for lounging or outdoor activities. The terrace, measuring 20 square meters, provides ample space for alfresco dining or simply relaxing with garden furniture and a barbecue area. Walking paths are easily accessible just 10 meters from the house, inviting you to explore the surrounding natural beauty.
