Mahomet Vacation Packages

The Town and Country motel was better than I expected for the price. The room was outdated, but clean (and who really needs modern?) The room came with TV, fridge, and microwave. Right next to Casey's, McDonald's down the bloc, and Cinco De Mayo across the street. Easy check-in and check-out. Will stay again for our fishing trip next year.

Room was clean. Fitness center was a plus. Would definitely stay here again.

Lighting in the lobby was dim, entry doors smokey and key card didn't work after hours for those doors. Staff were not visible at front desk, had to ring a bell several times for service. Door to room was not aligned properly, had to forcefully close with weight of body. A lot of traffic from other guests, some shady looking characters. Front desk staff accused my young adult sons of not having a room, even threatening to call law enforcement for them sitting in breakfast area, causing me to come down to verify our room; initially the staff insisted no one was occupying that room. It was eventually cleared about but the staff were not welcoming and stereotyped my sons. Although the room was clean, there was an unidentified bug observed on the wall. We were there 2 nights for a memorial for my father, so we didn't spend a lot of time in the room; but I would not book this hotel again.

The hotel is nice enough. The room I had was nice, other than the ant colony by bathtub in the floor, and I did not have house keeping while I was there. Also, even thou I paid for breakfast with my reservation thru Expedia they apparently had no record and charged me anyways, even after I showed them my itinerary and stated they couldn't do anything about it till Monday.
