On the edge of Lake Memphremagog, completely renovated and decorated to date. Magnificent view of the lake and the marina (the first photo is the view from the balcony)! A complete bedroom on the mezzanine + a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. New fully equipped kitchen with quartz counter, stove with oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave hood, coffee maker and toaster. Conditioning. Wood fireplace (ecological log only $). Cable TV in the living room (dvd) and in the bedroom. Outdoor and indoor pool, spa, sauna and gym. Free WIFI. Bedding included. Short-term dock rental at the marina, which is a 3-minute walk from the condo. Comfort guaranteed in our cozy little condo! Located on the 3rd floor, without elevator. Perfect weekend by the water.

Absolutely wonderful. Perfect spot for our weekend. I know the area but didn’t realize this hidden gem. Very charming place. Fully renovated with amazing taste. Every thing was super clean. Very well organized and well managed property. The condo growns very well kept. Great view of the water, beautiful sunset from the peninsula/ waters edge part of the association property. Easy and safe walking into the town. Highly recommended!

Very clean, quiet, well appointed condo. First night on our trip from Maine to Minnesota. Beautiful view of the lake. The train whistle got our attention quickly at 10 PM. We need a longer stay here in the summer. If you don't speak French, Google Translate is a wonderful assistant.

Stunning sunsets on the water with view of Mont Orford. This condo is a gem for its stylish interior and walkable access to Magog. It was terrific once we were settled in. Lots of stairs will keep you fit.

Love love the condo/resort Well located, well stocked with amenities, all services at walking distance and a bunch of quick drive away destinations. Technically a small condo but really doesn’t feel like it inside Condo is well decorated and fully equipped. Spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony or one of the swings along the lake. Will definitely go back again !!!
