This welcoming house accommodates up to 10 guests, and boasts a king bed with adjustable base, 2 full beds, a queen bed, and a twin-size trundle bed, perfect for a comfortable stay. The house has a full bathroom with tub, an en suite master bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as a half bathroom. Guests have access to our washer and dryer to take care of any laundry while staying. Our house has a private backyard with picnic tables and a large front yard where guests can meet our friendly farm animals along the pasture fence. This property was everything we needed and more. First off the host was amazing and was in constant communication with us as we did have a few questions before we arrived and she promptly answered those. Even though the house is in somewhat of a neighborhood it is very quiet and the fenced in area in the backyard makes it feel like you were out in the middle of nowhere. Of course, the best part of the property was having the variety of animals next-door. Every morning a crew would come out to feed them and they would bring them up to the fence and fill us in on all of the animals along with their names. There was nothing like waking up in the morning with a hot cup of coffee and going out and petting the animals. We have stayed at many places but this one was by far the best and had everything you could ever need in a house, especially when it came to kitchenware, bathroom amenities, and just basic home goods. Also, when we arrived to check in the cleaning and yard service people were there. They were not aware we were checking in. Some of the cleaning had not been done. There was no toilet paper in the bathrooms, the coffee pot had moldy grounds in the basket and the pot was dirty. It wasn’t bad but it didn’t look like the floors had been swept or mopped. This is just more of an fyi, not a complaint. The host was very communicative. The house adorable, spacious, and the perfect place for the dinner party. The farm animals were the perfect touch! ##### Stephanie B. We didn't realize how spacious the house was, nor that it had a cute little back porch and 2 car garage. Plenty of room to sleep 10 of us, a great big kitchen for cooking and serving, and plenty of parking. (We hosted a bridal shower here.) The area is beautiful - full of tall trees and so green! The animals are adorable and friendly. There is also an equestrian facility adjacent to (or on) the property and we enjoyed watching riding lessons and seeing the horses and ponies.Keep in mind, this is a farm, so there is dirt, bugs, ants, wasps...but we are farm kids so we didn't mind at all. Just as described and shown in photos.Our family of 5 was in town for 2 family funerals, one in League City and the other in Conroe. We have family in the Magnolia/Tomball area which is why we chose this property to rent. Both services were easy to get to from the house and it was nice to stay in proximity to other family members so we could go to dinners together.Amy was very friendly and easy to get ahold of—and the animals were an added bonus.We would love to stay here again next time we’re in the area! ##### Madison M. Home and property better than the listing. Highly recommend!!! We were in town to attend a memorial for my husband’s brother who was dearly loved and missed! The precious cow, pig, donkey and goat gave us just what we needed. They came up to the fence and allowed us to love on them. We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect house. There was plenty of room for our family (6 adults) and the farm animals next door were a bonus. There were nice extra touches like plenty of throw blankets and room fresheners in each room.The gated entrance gave us an extra sense of security.
