Our luxury apartment has been refurnished and painted on 12.2022 🍾🔥🍾 with so much charm.
Renovated amazing suite. Located in the 1st floor (with an elevator) in the center of Madrid, in a quiet street, very close to “Basílica de San Miguel” and Mercado de San Miguel.
There are nice restaurants and grocery store around. Around 5 minutes’ walk from all center Madrid attractions like Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Palacio, La Latina, Mercados and many others attractions.
The apartment is up for 10 guests - perfect for families, couples, and groups.
The space
The apartment is 112 sqm (1,205 sqf).
There is a central AC✔ which you can control each room separately. The AC is for cool and heat as well.
The main bedroom has a very comfortable double bed (160x200 cm) and a very big and comfortable wardrobe with bath inside the bedroom.
2 more bedrooms has double and very comfortable bed (160x200 cm). The fourth bedroom has 2 separate comfortable bed (90x200 cm)
The living room has a sofa that converts into a double bed (160x200 cm) for two more guests.
One is the most important issue is your comfortably of our guests so we picked very comfortable mattress✔ and awesome pillows✔ (visco-gel) so you can be sure you will sleep well.
There are 2.5 bathrooms, 2 with toilet and shower and 1 toilet separate in the entrance. We will provide you with clean and fresh towels. Also you there are 2 hair dryers✔ (1 for each bathroom).
The kitchen is fully outfitted with microwave✔coffee maker, kettle✔toaster✔washing machine✔, crockery✔ and cutlery✔. The fridge is big and ideal to store the food of 10 people and more.
The living room has a big Smart cable TV✔.

Our lovely host will welcome you when you will arrive to the apartment and will give you all the information you need.
The apartment is exceptionally connected through public transport with the airport and train stations. The neighborhood has several parking spots- the most closer is in Aparcamiento Plaza Mayor (opening 24 hours)- 550 meters from the apt. The prices are competitive for those who come by car.

We have a guide ready to assist with any issues you might have, and make sure you settle in comfortably. They can instruct you on where you can park your car, how to reach the apartment from the airport, and even provide recommendations for the best places to get drinks and tapas.

The neighborhood
Located in the historic quarter of Madrid, few minute's walk away from Plaza Mayor, Sol, Ópera, the Royal Palace, the commercial area of Calle Preciados, the iconic Calle de la Gran Vía, the market of San Miguel, and the streets Cava Alta and Cava Baja, streets full of life and gastronomy to enjoy the delicious Spanish "tapas".
The Walk of the Arts, which it is home to the three major museums, El Prado, Reina Sofía and Thyssen is located a 10 minutes nice walk by the historic centre away. On Sundays and holidays you can get to the colorful fleamarket of El Rastro, the biggest and most famous fleamarket in Spain, where you can find antiques, clothing and curiosities.
If you are looking for Madrid´s tapas bars, then you must go La Latina area and to the Literary Quarter, both 2 minutes away walking. At La Latina, the streets Cava Alta and Cava Baja are crowded with bars and restaurants, both contemporaries or historics. At the Literary Quarter 10 min walking to Plaza de Santa Ana which is full of bars and terraces where you can enjoy the living colorful atmosphere of Madrid. If later on you want to have a beer or a drink, Huertas street has an impressive offer of pubs.
Getting around
The fastest and comfortable way is by taxi - we provides to our guests this service with Taxi company- and arrange the transportation for them. The price is per per person and the journey takes about 25 minutes.
Also Madrid has great public transportation-
The Metro stop of La Latina station (Green- line 5).
From the metro station (La Latina) you walk to north west direction- calle de Segovia.
Puerta de Atocha train station is 2 Metro stops (stop in Tirso de Molina station) and walking from there around 650 meters- 7 min walking to the apartment. Atocha connects by train to most of the places of interest around Madrid, such as Barcelona, Valencia, Malaga, Toledo, Segovia, and more. The price of the Metro ticket from the airport is 5€, and the journey takes 45 minutes. The price of the airport express bus is also 5€.

Could not have had a better location! Two nice bars with outside seating. Walkable to metro and bus and attractions. Small living room but we were outside most of the time. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows. Would definitely stay again.

#### In Madrid for a family wedding. This place was perfect for the 9 of us!
We were 9 adults in town for a wedding who were really comfortable in this well-located space. We shared breakfast at the large kitchen table and hung out in the living room, which easily converted to another bedroom with a pull-out couch. One of the bathrooms has an electric toilet so paper cannot be flushed down. That was the only negative in a long list of positives. Great for large groups!!

#### Great property but....
This is a very nice propery and very much as described. Very roomy and comfortable but the sitting for 6 adult to just lounge was lacking. Not mentioned in the description is the fact that every destination is a steep climb. We had 2 people in our group that had knee surgery and it cause great physical problems. It is great for young physically active people. There is a washer but no dryer. We had problems with the AC and they very quickly responded and got it working but the instructions for the operation did not match the pictures we were getting from the unit and we struggled with it at the end of our stay. It also would've been nice to have a book on how to operate the stove and TV. Some places where we have stayed had a book on locations of sights, metro, grocery stores but not this place. One of the showers was very slow to drain. On the positive it was a very lively place to stay with many restaurants and great night life and easy access to metro after a steep climb. I am saying this is a great place to stay if you have no physical or age restrictions.
