Recently renovated and decorated, with the best qualities and functionality to enjoy both comfort and quality. You can enjoy one of the best areas of Madrid. Very central location and well connected. \- Living room: completely renovated with designer furniture and hundreds of details. It consists of a comfortable sofa, carpet, lamps and Smart Tv and high speed internet. \- Terrace: large terrace with artificial grass and spectacular views of the center of Madrid \- Kitchen: you have a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare any type of meal: microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pans, cutlery, glassware, etc. \- Nº1 Bedroom: Very cozy. The first bedroom has a 1.35 cm bed with a viscoelastic mattress, a wardrobe and an exterior window, making the room very bright. The bed comes fully equipped with sheets, pillows and cushions. \- Nº2 Bedroom: Very bright and cozy. The second bedroom has another comfortable 1.35cm bed with a memory foam mattress, wardrobe and exterior window. Making the stay totally comfortable and comfortable. The bed comes fully equipped with sheets, pillows and cushions. \- 1 fully equipped bathroom with everything you need to have a perfect stay. The bathroom will have a pack of towels for each guest: large, medium and foot towels. Hair dryer, iron, soap dish, shampoo and gel. No homey touches. No coffee. The elevator didn't work the day we arrived. The sheets and towels were clean. No extra sheets or blankets for the couch. The door looked like it could have been pushed open from the outside. No double lock or deadbolt. The apartment felt like the Apartment from Taken. When we called for repairs we were told that as it was Saturday no one would be in til noon so we left message and went out for the day. Saturday night we were able to shower but Sunday morning there was no hot water again.Contacting help was even harder on Sunday - the phone was hung up on us, we were accused of being water pigs, finally we were told it would be fixed but not til late in day which it was. Everything could still have been fine except the same thing happened on Tuesday and then again on Thursday - no hot water and more ridiculous phone calls for repairs that never fixed the problem permanently. This was really our only gripe with the apartment but hot water is essential to us. ##### Franc B. There are bars, cafes and shops all on the doorstep. The apartment has been updated, and at the time of our stay, other renovations were being carried out on lower floors creating a bit of an inconvenience. The apartment does not have any blinds or shutters on the living area windows, allowing the apartment to get quite warm, and making it near impossible to use the sofa bed. There is no washing machine, but there is a laundromat a few minutes walk away. Overall, a convenient stay. ##### Tiffany V.
