Best Hotel In Central Madrid

The hotel was in the best location of Madrid. It is central to so much and the staff was beyond helpful. The hotel room itself was very clean and adorable.

Great experience

Really nice hotel, with excellent rooms and excellent location with walkable distances to several points of interest. The personnel was really nice and they have a 24hr included coffee room.

Great place to stay and explore madrid

Location couldn't be any better. 5 minute walk to the market for the BEST food in town. 10 minutes to palace. The only thing that could've been better is the mattress but the price was right for a location central to everything and very clean. I'd stay here again.

El hotel está bien situado , solo que nos dieron una habitación que si o si teníamos que subir escaleras y lo peor es con las maletas , y después en los baños no tiene ningún servicio , ni secador de pelo y menos gorras de ducha . Y lo peor cuando se usaba la pileta salía un olor muy feo por los desagües de la ducha .. eso tendrían que revisarlo .

Huoneen ilmastointilaite tehokas, mutta suuntaus suoraan sänkyihin. Aamiaista ei (kuulemma poikkeuksellisesti) ollut tarjolla, mutta lähikaduilla mukavia Cafeterioita, josta sai kahvit ja bocadillot.

The hotel is in a great location, our first rooms was reall small the air Conditioner wasn’t working well, in the room was not clean that well specially the bathroom, we then asked to have us change to another room they did the bathroom is bigger the Air conditioner was still working decently and much cleaner

Localização excelente

Viagem de 3 dias para conhecer o centro de Madrid. A localização é excelente mas o quarto que foi disponibilizado era interior, sem luz e muito pequeno. O staff é muito simpático.

Muy bien ubicado, muy rico desayuno. Nos hospedamos Justo en fecha coincidente a la final de champion League, me pareció una exageración triplicar el valor de la habitación solo por esa razón. Fue un abuso, porque tampoco es un 5 estrellas como para valer tanto y no nos interesaba la champion League.

Excelente ubicación me hicieron descuento en parking a pesar de no tener convenio con el hotel. Céntrico. El desayuno mejor lo tomamos fuera. Mejor y más barato

La ubicación espectacular. El personal del deck en general muy poco amable con excepción de la única mujer ( turno mañana ( rumana) quién tiene excelente trato con todos, sumamente cordial. La habitación diminuta. La limpieza basic to basic ( no ofrecen ningún elemento de aseo excepto toallas y un vaso plástico).
