He intentado desayunar en Breakery y no me han atendido (a pesar de que había camareros y prácticamente ningún cliente) así que me he ido a un bar cercano donde me han atendido rápidamente y no he perdido mi tren. Nunca me había pasado, aunque en otras ocasiones han tardado mucho (incluso sin apenas clientes). Me habian cobrado un servicio de desayuno que no he consumido (después, al indicarlo, me lo han reembolsado sin problema).

Bel hôtel, bien situé, personnel dynamique, efficace et sympathique. L'hôtel, très moderne, dispose toutefois d'une vraie identité visuelle qui lui donne du charme. Belles chambres bien équipées avec vue sur l'extérieur à partir des chambres "Premium". Mention spéciale pour le bar/restaurant en rooftop, très agréable. Seul léger défaut, l'hôtel donne directement sur un rond point très fréquenté en face de la gare, cela le rend très facile d'accès mais le quartier est donc assez bruyant en contrepartie. Ce soucis est en revanche très bien compensé par une insonorisation efficace.

Very great place in Madrid
I strongly recommend this hotel near by the so called « golden triangle «  of Madrid; rooms are modern and very quiet. The buffet for the breakfast is simply fantastic. Check in and check out within a few minutes.

Accueil impeccable tout comme l’hôtel! Le restaurant sur la terrasse est exceptionnel. Déjeuner buffet haut de gamme. Le secteur est cependant mouvementé avec la gare face à l’hôtel.

L'emplacement est le meilleur. Nous sommes arrivés à Madrid en train depuis Barcelone et il y avait un hôtel devant nous. Comme l'arrêt de bus pour l'aéroport de Madrid est à partir de cette gare, c'est vraiment pratique. Le petit déjeuner est à la mode et délicieux et une grande satisfaction. Je veux rester ici encore!

My wife and I have stayed in literally hundreds of hotels around the world, and this one -- particularly the staff (helpful at every turn, wonderfully engaging; breakfast) rank among the best ever -- if not THE best ever. Convenient, too, across from Atocha train center and the top two museums within easy walking distance. Absolutely loved it...and will return when next in Madrid.

Cool hotel, good location, very hip, a lot of amenities, only criticism is the rooms are small. But buffet breakfast is amazing. In regards to the hotel itself, it’s on par with any of the coolest hotels in NYC.

The hotel itself was great. There is construction in front of the hotel so if you arrive by the Atocha train station there is walk around you have to do. Nothing major. The restaurant service was a let down, which sucked because it was my birthday. Food was average and the rooftop was closed for a private event, this should have been communicated prior. It’s not the same than to eat almost in the lobby. Still I would recommend the hotel but not the restaurant.
