Muchoo calor en invierno y las personas de la recepcion nada agradables , todos los dias una persona diferente . The view was nice as well. The beds were as described. There were ants though. The shower is actually a Tun with a hand held faucet you hold up to shower. The staff keeps your key and only gives it to you while you are in the hotel so you have to wait for them to help you every time you come back. The staff is rude and doesn’t want to help you which often left us waiting at the front door pushing the door bell many times even though we could hear her hanging out with her friend. Staff most welcoming, however when checking in, I was given a room on the 1st floor which implied going up through difficult stairs. I was told I would be moved the following day because as I stayd a few nights, they felt I should have a more spacious room. When coming down, I requested the receptionist to allocate me a room on the lower floor as the stairs were tortuous and I have a bad knee. She replied that the lower room were kept for long stay guests.
