Situated on the ground floor, this modern and tastefully decorated 89m2 lovely apartment is conveniently located near various top attractions in Madrid, including Las Ventas Bullring!

Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a smart TV with multiple streaming options for all your favourite shows, and a dining table for six.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery needed to prepare delicious meals, featuring a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also includes a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The main bedroom boasts a queen bed, while the second bedroom offers a double bed. Both beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathrooms provide all necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. After completing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign; without the signed contract, the reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, El Carmen, is just a 4-minute walk away, providing convenient access to both the city centre and the airport.

Barrio de la Concepción metro station is a 11-minute walk.

Ventas metro station is a 12-minute walk.

Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport is approximately a 20-minute drive from the property.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
