\*\*\*This apartment is rented seasonally for medium- or short-term stays, in full compliance with the LAU regulations as a "use other than habitual residence." It is not available for tourist rentals; instead, it must be rented for work-related, personal, or family reasons, etc., and the tenant must reside outside Madrid. Moreover, the tenant must not establish permanent residence in this property, which will serve as temporary accommodation, and is not permitted to register it as their permanent address.  
  
This cozy one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is conveniently located near Plaza de Colón, on Calle Marqués de la Ensenada.  
  
Upon entering, you are welcomed by an elegant hall that leads into a spacious and bright living room. This area is filled with natural light thanks to a large window offering spectacular views of the iconic Plaza Colón. The main area includes a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils, a comfortable sofa and armchair, and a dining area with a table perfect for four guests to enjoy a delightful meal at home. To the left of the living room is the master bedroom, featuring a luxurious queen-sized bed, a large window that fills the room with light, and a cozy work area with a desk—ideal for those seeking functionality. This bedroom also includes a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a modern shower and all the amenities necessary for a relaxing stay.  
  
This apartment is located in one of Madrid’s most exclusive neighborhoods, surrounded by the city’s top attractions. Just steps away, you’ll find historic landmarks, luxury boutiques, fine dining establishments, and a vibrant shopping scene. Experience a unique stay in the heart of Madrid, with everything you need within reach.  
  
The apartment has a centralized air conditioning system available during the following periods:  
  
Heating will be available from November to April.  
  
Air conditioning will be available from May to October.  
  
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them.
