Moreover, the tenant must not establish permanent residence in this property, which will serve as temporary accommodation, and is not permitted to register it as their permanent address. This cozy one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is conveniently located near Plaza de Colón, on Calle Marqués de la Ensenada. Upon entering, you are welcomed by an elegant hall that leads into a spacious and bright living room. This area is filled with natural light thanks to a large window offering spectacular views of the iconic Plaza Colón. The main area includes a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils, a comfortable sofa and armchair, and a dining area with a table perfect for four guests to enjoy a delightful meal at home.
