This cozy 1-bedroom apartment is perfect for a comfortable and quiet stay in the capital. Ideal for a couple or a solo traveler, it offers everything you need to feel at home during your stay.   
  
Located in a central area with excellent public transport connections, it’s the perfect place to spend a season in Madrid for work or study. The bright and functional living room with an integrated kitchen is designed for you to relax and unwind after a busy day. It features a Smart TV so you can enjoy your favorite shows and movies with ease.   
  
The bedroom provides a peaceful atmosphere for restful sleep, and the bathroom is equipped with a shower, essential toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo, and soap, as well as towels and bed linens.   
  
The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need: ceramic cooktop, microwave, cookware, kettle, capsule coffee maker, and refrigerator, so you can prepare your favorite meals during your stay.   
  
You’ll also have heating, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a washing machine, ensuring a convenient and comfortable experience.

IMPORTANT NOTES:-It is important to note that the apartment does not have a washing machine. There is a laundry service at Calle de Campomanes, 9\.
