This space has been designed to offer you a comfortable and functional stay, perfect for a season in Madrid. It features a spacious living area equipped with a double sofa bed and television — ideal for relaxing after a day of work or study. In the same space, you'll find an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with appliances and utensils for your daily needs. There is a separate bedroom with a comfortable 160 cm bed and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The flat is bright, with two balconies facing the street, and is fully furnished and equipped. It has air conditioning and heating via heat pump, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, and everything you need to feel at home. Located in a lively and characterful neighborhood, surrounded by supermarkets, traditional and modern bars, and all kinds of services. This apartment is the perfect place to make Madrid your home during your stay. HOW TO MOVE There are, just a few minutes from the apartment, connections with the public transport system, allowing easy access to the city: Lavapiés Metro Station (Line 3) 200 m. Tirso de Molina Metro Station (Line 1) 300 m. Sol Metro Station (Lines 1, 2 and 3) and Renfe Cercanías at 900m. and Atocha Station (15 min/1km on foot).
