This one-bedroom apartment is located right next to Gran Vía and just a few meters from Plaza de Callao, an ideal spot to enjoy entertainment, restaurants, and shops.  
  
The spacious living room features a comfortable double sofa bed and a TV so you can enjoy a good movie after a long day working or studying in Madrid. Additionally, the apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, offering capacity for up to 4 people.  
  
The kitchen is fully equipped with a vitroceramic cooktop, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, microwave, oven, refrigerator, and freezer, as well as cookware, pots, pans, plates, glasses, and cutlery to prepare your meals comfortably.  
  
Amenities to make you feel at home include free Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron with ironing board, sheets, towels, and complimentary hygiene products.
