« We had a great time. The home was clean & space for 8woman was good. It’s was in a great spot close to NorthConway if you want to venture out. The price for the spot was good. The hill walking down to pond was steep. For young kids could be tricky. Wish the outside furniture was a little cleaner to sit on. We also couldn’t find any cleaning products to wipe down anything. »

« Let’s just start with- overall the house served its purpose. We had a roof over our heads for the 4 days we were in town. There were some oddities about this place that I will list below. Negatives This is not an air conditioned house. It has 1 window unit in the kitchen. The house was 89 deg upon our arrival and took two days to even get to 79 deg. You must run the dehumidifier constantly and empty the bucket multiple times a day. There are fans in every room but not outlets in every room...

« This property was the perfect size for my family for a short 4th getaway. We love the Conway NH area and it was nice to be right on the Saco river. The hot tub was a great bonus and I was pleasantly surprised that we were able to access the river through a stairway in the back yard of the property. « This house was a great stay for a long weekend. We had 5 people and had plenty of room. The kitchen was stocked so making meals at home was great. The firepit was awesome and having a propane grill was nice for a cookout. The only downfall was a slow draining bathtub/shower and no towels being offered. I would totally stay again! »

« I didn’t look close at the on-line pics so at first arrival I had concerns. It’s a charming older style lake house that could use a bit of pampering but it was very clean and comfortable for our group of 8. « We had a wonderful time at the lake house in Conway for Memorial Day Weekend. The view from the back deck was amazing and the property matched the view with so much waterfront on the lake. The house was very clean and had everything you need. Plus, it’s a perfect location accessible to everything the area offers. Overall, we had a great stay and will absolutely come again. »
