The basement features a bedroom/office w/bunk bed & great rec room w/shuffleboard table. Enjoy a spacious screened porch overlooking the fully fenced yard. Includes a gas grill, off-street parking, laundry, high-speed internet & cable TV. This beautifully renovated home features three spacious main floor bedrooms, each with ample closet storage, offering plenty of room for comfort and convenience. The main level kitchen is a highlight, featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and a stylish tile backsplash. The main floor also includes a full bathroom with a large tub/shower combo, along with elegant tile floors for a modern touch. The bright and airy living room, with its bay window and oak floors, creates a welcoming atmosphere for relaxation and gatherings. Just off the kitchen, a screened porch leads to a huge deck, perfect for outdoor entertaining and enjoying the fresh air. This nicely updated home was a great place for our mix of family and friends to hang out in while in town for the Badger/Gopher football game. Easy drive to Madison and other convenient stores/restaurants. Home was well supplied and very clean. We were in town for a couple days for our son's show (It's a Wonderful Life) at Mitby. Found this gem of a place to stay in Monona...! Well appointed, including an amazingly finished basement. Location served us very well and make sure to dine at Eno Vino. Luke was there for anything we needed and the space is thoroughly updated. Was a great stay for us...!!! ##### Tony W. However the description says 1full bath and a half bath. Would definitely stay there again. We were in town to be with our daughter for Christmas. Our other daughter and their uncle flew in for the holiday. The house is in a great location, and well appointed with everything we needed. Plenty of closet space for belongings to keep everything neat and orderly. The kitchen had everything we needed (but a potato masher ... our daughter brought that over). We had plenty of room for group to eat together, bake and enjoy time together. In the evening we went to the basement and played games and used the shuffleboard table (that was a bonus). The house has a huge fenced in yard, deck and screened in porch (this was great for coffee in the morning and to watch the snow fall. The bonus was that it was only a block from church for Christmas Eve mass. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Very nice. ##### Maureen R. Exceptionally clean, very well appointed and process was really easy. I work with my brother and had to come to a big event in town but all the hotels were booked. This served as the perfect spot to rest and catch up between meetings downtown. I loved the morning job through the neighborhood - really cute and safe.
