I recently stayed at this hotel for three days and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
First and foremost, the hotel staff was unfriendly and not helpful at all. There was no "Do Not Disturb" sign in our room, and when we requested housekeeping at 2 PM because our room hadn't been cleaned yet, we were rudely told that we were on the schedule and they couldn’t expedite it.
The amenities were also disappointing. The toilet seats were extremely small and uncomfortable, and the quality of the toilet paper was poor. The shower pressure was so intense it felt piercing. Additionally, the coffee machine in our room was dirty, making it unusable.
We had booked a room with one queen bed but were given a room with two queen beds instead. I don't need the extra bed, and it matters to me that I either get what I booked or be upgraded, which did not happen.
The parking garage was another issue. It was dingy and had extremely low clearance. If you have an SUV, be prepared to possibly hit something on the ceiling.
On the positive side, the hotel is very walkable to dining options and sightseeing areas, which was convenient.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to the numerous issues we encountered during our stay.
