The Rosewater Cottage is a 850 square ft house that offers guests a freshly renovated space with comfortable furniture, cozy beds, lightning-fast internet speed, and top-notch cleanliness.

When you enter the newly remodeled cottage-by-the-lake, a cheerful interior greets you with all the creature comforts you need after a long day.

Our three-bedroom, one bath cottage sleeps five comfortably.

Bedroom 1: Includes a queen-sized memory foam bed, large closet and ample under-bed storage, overhead fan, and work area

Bedroom 2: Includes a queen-sized memory foam bed, small closet, overhead fan, and luggage rack with ample under-bed storage

Bedroom 3: Includes a full-sized bed, clothing rack, overhead fan, and luggage rack

The cottage comes equipped with a 50-inch TV with ROKU and a fully stocked kitchen, just in case you feel like staying in with a few bottles of wine while catching up on your favorite shows.

THE AREA

Pack a picnic blanket and take a short stroll to search for beach glass at the Madison Township Park beach (just under an 8-minute walk along the lakeside road—trust us, we’ve timed it) where a sun-dappled green space and a sandy beach along the shores of Lake Erie await you. While you’re there, grab a bite to eat or a drink at one of the delicious local restaurants within walking distance.

Or take a 15-minute drive down the rustic country roads into the immaculate Grand River Valley Wine Country where you’ll be met by expansive vineyards, historic covered bridges, and an array of wineries to nestle into at your leisure.

If nightlife is what you seek, head just 8 miles east to the famous Geneva-on-the-Lake strip for an evening of bar hopping along the lake.
