Meanwhile, you are located on a main road in Madison with easy access to major shopping and to the downtown,  
The lower level basement has a separately rented room and private bathroom with its own entrance. The washer and dryer is shared with the lower level tenant. The large driveway is also shared. The owner uses the garage and has a room with a private entrance as her office.
